We are absolutely thrilled to announce that after a few years of navigating permits, environmental approvals, and construction delays, the brand-new bridge at Oakleigh Golf Course is officially ready for use!
A Smoother Round of Golf
This fantastic upgrade finally reconnects the 9th green directly back to the 1st tee and the clubhouse area. Getting this connection back restores the natural flow of the course and will noticeably improve the pace of play for all of our golfers.
Alongside the new bridge, we've also made a handy security update:
Restored Course Flow: Enjoy a seamless walk from the final green straight back to the clubhouse.
New Security Gate: We’ve added a brand-new gate leading out to the public footpath. It allows you to easily exit the course when you're done, while preventing anyone from entering the 9th green from the outside path.
We want to extend a massive thank you to all our members and regular social players for your incredible patience over the last few years while we got this project over the line. We know it’s been a long time coming, but the wait is finally over.
